Chairman CDA, Chief Commissioner Islamabad and DG Civil Defense Muhammad Ali Randhawa chaired an important meeting at CDA Headquarters. The meeting was attended by Member Admin, Member Finance, Chief officer, MCI along with Director DMA and other senior officers of CDA.

During the meeting, briefing was given about installation of digital streamers across Islamabad especially on main roads in order to have proper advertisements campaign by all concerned through state of the art digital steamers.

During the meeting, it was decided to gradually phase out advertisements using plastic billboards, panaflex and plastic banners in the Federal Capital, by replacing them with eco-friendly modern technology through digital streamers for advertising. This initiative will not only reduce costs but also enable to have advertisements prominently to be displayed across multiple locations in a shorter possible time. Additionally, the meeting also decided to promote digital 3D advertisements and install digital through advertising digital streamers on major highways in Islamabad.

Chairman CDA, Chief Commissioner Islamabad and DG Civil Defense Muhammad Ali Randhawa directed the installation of digital screens at metro and electric bus stations. He ordered strict legal action against those involved in wall chalking on residential and commercial buildings. He emphasized that DMA should establish a comprehensive monitoring system for all highways, underpasses and flyovers in Islamabad to prevent wall chalking, ensuring prompt action in case of any violations.

Chairman CDA stated that all available resources should be utilized to beautify and digitize Islamabad, ensuring its recognition among the world’s most beautiful capitals of the world.
