The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) successfully conducted its 2025 union elections on Tuesday in an extremely well-organized, transparent, and peaceful environment. Employees of the authority participated actively and exercised their right to vote to elect their representatives.
This year’s elections saw a close contest between the two main unions — Shaheen Union and Ittehad Union. After the completion of vote counting, Shaheen Union emerged victorious with a clear lead of 240 votes, securing a decisive win.
Following their success, the leadership of Shaheen Union extended their gratitude to all voters, the election committee, and the FGEHA administration. They reaffirmed their commitment to continue working tirelessly for the rights, welfare, and well-being of the employees.
The elections not only highlighted the democratic values upheld within the organization but also showcased the unity, awareness, and sense of responsibility among its employees.
