Royal Saudi Air Force Escorts Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s Aircraft as He Enters Saudi Airspace

As Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif’s aircraft entered Saudi Arabian airspace on Wednesday for his official visit, it received a grand and symbolic welcome by the Royal Saudi Air Force.

Saudi F-15 fighter jets escorted the Prime Minister’s aircraft as it crossed into the Kingdom’s airspace, marking a gesture of honor and warm hospitality from the Saudi leadership.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif expressed deep gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman for the warm and respectful welcome.

Accompanying the Prime Minister on this important diplomatic visit are Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Defence Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif, Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar, Minister for Climate Change Musadik Malik, and Special Assistant Tariq Fatemi.

During the visit, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is scheduled to meet Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. The two leaders will hold comprehensive discussions covering all aspects of Pakistan-Saudi Arabia relations, including political, economic, and strategic cooperation.

The meeting will also include dialogue on regional and global developments of mutual interest. The visit is expected to result in enhanced bilateral cooperation across various sectors, reflecting the shared resolve to further strengthen the historic and brotherly relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

The enduring partnership between the two countries is deeply rooted in shared religious values, mutual trust, and decades-long collaboration.
