An All Parties Conference (APC) was held at Jammu & Kashmir House, Islamabad under the chairmanship of Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), Chaudhry Anwar-ul-Haq. The conference was attended by leaders of all major political and religious parties of AJK, former presidents and prime ministers, as well as current ministers. The primary objective of the conference was to devise a joint strategy to counter India’s alleged conspiracies and to reinvigorate the Kashmir freedom movement with renewed commitment.

Prominent attendees included former President and Prime Minister Sardar Yaqoob, former Prime Ministers Raja Farooq Haider and Sardar Attique Ahmed Khan, President of PML-N AJK Shah Ghulam Qadir, President of PPP AJK Chaudhry Yasin, Sardar Tanveer Ilyas, Sardar Hassan Ibrahim, MWM leader Syed Yasir Sabzwari, and Danial Shahab Madani, among others.

Government ministers Colonel (R) Waqar Noor, Faisal Mumtaz, Yasir Sultan, and Aamir Altaf were also present at the event.

At the conclusion of the conference, a unanimous declaration was issued. The statement emphasized that the recent victories in “Bunyan al-Marsous” and “Ma’raka Haq” had left India in a state of confusion and panic, while boosting the morale of the Kashmir freedom movement and revitalizing global attention to the Kashmir issue.

The declaration accused India of attempting to destabilize Azad Kashmir in a manner similar to Balochistan. However, all political leaders reaffirmed their united resolve to thwart any such plans. During a press conference, Raja Farooq Haider presented what he described as an Indian “cypher” and claimed it was clear evidence of India’s conspiracies against Azad Kashmir.

Other leaders also expressed deep concern over the cypher, calling the situation alarming. They claimed that India was targeting Azad Kashmir, which they termed the “base camp” of the freedom movement. Sardar Tanveer Ilyas stressed that the Legislative Assembly of AJK is the highest constitutional forum, urging the public not to fall prey to subversive elements.

PPP AJK President Chaudhry Yasin stated that the exposure of the cypher was an open admission of India’s involvement. PML-N AJK President Shah Ghulam Qadir declared that all parties were united in preserving the identity of the state, and a joint public awareness campaign would be launched.

It was announced that a mass contact campaign will officially begin on September 21, with the first public gathering to be held in Rawalakot, followed by another on September 22 in Bagh. Political leaders reiterated their commitment to collective efforts for addressing public issues and the success of the freedom movement.

Syed Yasir Sabzwari of MWM expressed full support for the APC declaration, asserting that India would face defeat just as it did in the “Bunyan al-Marsous” operation. Danial Shahab Madani stated that Azad Kashmir would never become a pawn of any foreign agenda.

All parties unanimously condemned India’s alleged conspiracies, declaring that any attempt to destabilize the region would be thwarted. The conference concluded with a strong message of unity and resolve: the people of Azad Kashmir stand together with Pakistan, and the final decision lies with the public.
