Preparations Underway for CM Maryam Nawaz’s Expected Visit to Murree; High-Level Delegation Inspects Samli Sanatorium Hospital

In anticipation of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif’s expected visit to Murree, the local district administration has accelerated preparations. On Tuesday, a high-level delegation visited Samli Sanatorium Hospital to review ongoing development projects.

The delegation included Punjab Health Minister Khawaja Salman Rafique, Punjab Health Secretary Azmat Ali, Member of Provincial Assembly Bilal Yamin Satti, Deputy Commissioner Murree Agha Zaheer Abbas Shirazi, and heads of various departments.

The officials conducted a detailed inspection of the ongoing upgrades at the hospital. The Deputy Commissioner briefed the Health Minister on the progress of emergency ward enhancements, the provision of medical equipment, and staff deployment.

Khawaja Salman Rafique also met with the hospital staff and directed them to ensure high-quality healthcare services for the people of Murree. He emphasized that the provision of healthcare facilities remains a top priority for the government, and the upgradation of Samli Hospital is a vital step in that direction.
