On the directions of the Chierf Secretary Punjab, Zahid Akhtar Zaman, and under the supervision of the Director General, Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA), Kinza Murtaza, a Legal Reforms Committee meeting was held under the chairmanship of Additional DG, RDA, Mansoor Ahmad Khan, to review ongoing projects and administrative matters.
During the session, detailed discussions were held on the progress of the Rawalpindi Master Plan, the establishment of a Legal Reforms Unit, and a proposal to set up a dedicated RDA Tribunal. Various administrative and operational issues were also deliberated upon to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of RDA’s functions.
The meeting was attended by the Chief Planner, Director Admin, Director Building Control, Director Estate Management, Director Finance, Legal Advisor, and other officers of RDA.
The Additional Director General emphasized the importance of ensuring transparency, public facilitation, and adherence to urban development regulations in all ongoing and upcoming initiatives.
