Federal Minister Dr. Musadik Malik has warned that strict action will be taken against terrorists and their facilitators. He affirmed that the government and armed forces remain vigilant and fully committed to protecting the country’s sovereignty and security at all times.
In a statement regarding recent aggression from Afghanistan, Dr. Malik said Pakistan is alert and fully prepared to defend its borders. He condemned unprovoked attacks and emphasized the determination of Pakistan’s armed forces to safeguard the nation’s sovereignty and territorial integrity at all costs.
He further stated that Pakistan is resolute in uprooting terrorism and its facilitators, whether operating from within the country or from abroad. Responding to questions, Dr. Malik criticized the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), saying their policies faced widespread criticism due to their failed government.
He accused PTI of providing shelter to families of terrorists during their tenure and urged the party to join efforts in addressing the issue and ensuring the protection of civilians and armed forces facing challenges along the border.
