Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has strongly condemned the unprovoked aggression by Afghan forces on Pakistani territory, expressing deep concern over the violation of Pakistan’s sovereignty. In a statement issued on Sunday, she paid tribute to the Pakistan Army for its courageous and prompt response, saying the entire nation stands united behind its brave armed forces.

“Pakistan is a peace-loving country and has always advocated for stability in the region,” said the Chief Minister. “However, there will be no compromise on the sovereignty of Pakistan or the safety of its citizens. The entire Pakistani nation is standing like a fortified wall alongside its valiant military.”

Maryam Nawaz emphasized that the Pakistan Army responded to Afghan aggression with courage, wisdom, and a display of national unity. “The response to this aggression sends a clear message that Pakistani soil stands for peace, not weakness,” she added.

She further stated that Pakistan’s borders are a sacred trust, and protecting them is the duty of every citizen. “The Pakistan Army is the true embodiment of the nation’s honor, pride, determination, and dignity,” the Chief Minister concluded.
