Mobilink Bank, a leading digital microfinance bank in Pakistan, has once again secured the title of Best Workplace in the Banking Sector at the prestigious Best Place to Work Pakistan Awards 2025. The award, recognized as one of the most prominent in Pakistan’s human resources landscape, was organized by the Pakistan Society of Human Resource Management (PSHRM) in collaboration with Engage Consulting.
According to a statement issued on Thursday, the accolade reflects the bank’s unwavering commitment to nurturing a supportive and inclusive organizational culture that prioritizes talent development, career progression, and a healthy work-life balance — all aimed at enhancing employee well-being and satisfaction.
Mobilink Bank emerged as the top performer in the final stage of the evaluation, outshining several well-established banks. The award was based on comprehensive, data-driven assessments conducted by Engage Consulting, involving employee feedback and institutional performance across key dimensions.
These dimensions included employee engagement and experience, leadership and organizational culture, people-centric policies, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. The evaluation also compared employer branding against industry benchmarks. Only those organizations that demonstrated excellence across all areas made it to the final stage — highlighting Mobilink Bank’s strong people-first approach.
