Federal Minister for National Health Syed Mustafa Kamal has stressed that improving public health through lifestyle changes is more important than building hospitals.
Speaking at the three-day Lifestyle Medicine Conference, which began on Friday, the minister highlighted that lifestyle medicine aligns closely with the natural systems of the body, making it essential for people to adopt healthier habits.
He stated that the conference would provide the Ministry of Health with valuable recommendations and insights for improving public health. The minister further noted that diseases are spreading rapidly due to a growing disconnect from the natural way of living, emphasizing the need for preventive measures and healthier lifestyles.
