Federal Minister for Railways Muhammad Hanif Abbasi has strongly condemned the recent provocative statement made by the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, calling it a display of ingratitude and an attack on Pakistan’s stability.

Abbasi stated that peace in the country was achieved through the sacrifices of the Pakistan Armed Forces, who laid down their lives to protect the people, particularly in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He said such irresponsible remarks deeply hurt the sentiments of the families of martyrs.

The minister urged the KP Chief Minister to apologize to the nation and the families of the martyrs. “The entire nation stands shoulder to shoulder with its armed forces like a wall of steel,” he asserted, adding that the sacrifices of the martyrs are a proud chapter in the country’s history.

Abbasi emphasized that the nation needs unity and stability, not chaos. He warned that politicizing national institutions is unacceptable under any circumstances. Commending the military’s remarkable success in the fight against terrorism, he appealed to the public not to fall for any propaganda against the armed forces.

“The enemies of Pakistan want to divide us — we must remain united,,” Hanif Abbasi concluded.
