Armed robbers in Islamabad’s Blue Area snatched Rs. 3.7 million from a bank customer and fled the scene, police reported. The incident occurred when the victim withdrew the money from a private bank. As he stepped outside, unidentified motorcycle-riding robbers confronted him at gunpoint and stole the cash.

Police sources stated that despite immediate action and roadblocks, the suspects remain at large. Authorities have initiated legal proceedings, but so far, no arrests have been made. The frequency of robberies and thefts in the federal capital has been on the rise, raising concerns over public safety and the police’s ability to protect citizens.
