The incident occurred nearly a month ago but was not reported to the police initially. After the video went viral, the victim’s video statement prompted the registration of a case at Nasirabad Police Station. The main suspects had gone into hiding following the circulation of the video.

CPO Syed Khalid Hamdani emphasized that there is no tolerance for violence, harassment, or abuse against women, and the perpetrators will not escape the law. Further arrests of other accomplices and facilitators are also expected as the investigation continues.
