Pakistan Navy Seizes $3 Million Worth of Drugs in Successful Anti-Narcotics Operation in Arabian Sea

The Pakistan Navy ship Yamama successfully conducted an anti-narcotics operation while deployed on a Regional Maritime Security Patrol (RMSP) in the Arabian Sea, seizing 1,500 kilograms of hashish valued at approximately 30 million US dollars.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the operation highlights the Navy’s steadfast commitment to counter illegal activities and ensure security in the maritime domain. The Pakistan Navy routinely conducts RMSP missions to safeguard national maritime interests through vigilant monitoring and a strong presence at sea.

The Navy continues to play an active role in joint and coordinated maritime security efforts with regional and international partners, contributing to a safe and peaceful maritime environment.
