Chief of Defence Forces Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir has warned India not to remain under any illusion or misunderstanding, stating that any future act of aggression will be met with a faster and more severe response.

Addressing officers of all three armed forces, Field Marshal Munir said that the establishment of the new Defence Forces Headquarters marks a historic and fundamental transformation. He stressed that in view of evolving and increasing threats, it is essential to further strengthen multi-domain operations under a unified system of the three services.

He said that the creation of the Defence Forces Headquarters is a crucial step toward this transformation. Each service will maintain its distinct identity for operational preparedness, while the Defence Forces Headquarters will ensure coordination and integration of operations among all services.

He added that along with unity of command, the three armed forces will retain their internal autonomy and organizational structure. A clear message has also been conveyed to the Taliban regime that they have no option but to choose between “Fitna al-Khawarij” and Pakistan.

Reiterating Pakistan’s commitment to peace, Field Marshal Asim Munir said that while Pakistan is a peace-loving country, no one will be allowed to challenge its sovereignty, territorial integrity, or national resolve.

The Chief of Defence Forces further emphasized that Pakistan’s ideology is invincible and its defense is ensured by a united nation and brave, faith-driven soldiers.

He concluded with the message: “Long live Pakistan.”
