Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar, has emphasized that the milestone of 75 years of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and China should be celebrated in a befitting and dignified manner.
An important meeting regarding the promotion of Pakistan–China relations was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs under the chairmanship of Senator Ishaq Dar. The meeting reviewed in detail the ongoing cooperation between the two countries.
Participants were briefed on Pakistan–China partnership across all sectors, joint projects, and future avenues of cooperation. The committee also put forward a number of proposals to mark this historic milestone in a comprehensive manner and to further strengthen the long-standing friendship between the two nations.
On the occasion, Ishaq Dar reiterated that Pakistan–China relations form the foundation of peace, development, and economic partnership in the region, adding that this significant anniversary will be celebrated effectively not only at the governmental level but also to promote people-to-people contacts between the two countries Pakistan and China.
