Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has lauded the officers and personnel of Pakistan’s security forces for their successful operation against the extremist group Fitna-ul-Khawarij in Kulachi, Dera Ismail Khan. The Prime Minister’s Office released a statement on Monday highlighting the professional capabilities and bravery demonstrated by the forces during the operation, which resulted in the elimination of seven foreign militants.
The Prime Minister paid tribute to Naik Yasir Khan, who sacrificed his life while defending the homeland during the operation. He prayed for the elevation of the martyr’s ranks in the hereafter and for patience and strength for his family.
“Pakistan’s brave officers and soldiers do not hesitate to lay down their lives for the nation. The people of Pakistan will never forget the immense sacrifices made by these heroes for the country,” Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif said.
He reaffirmed the government’s commitment to continue the fight against terrorism until the menace is completely eradicated from the country.
