Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Faisal Karim Kundi, met with Secretary of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Squash Association, Mansoor Zaman, along with his sons and young squash players, Muhammad Ryan Zaman and Abdullah Zaman, at the Governor House in Peshawar.
According to the Governor House spokesperson, during the meeting, the players expressed their gratitude to the Governor for organizing the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Sports Awards. They noted that it was the first time their achievements, along with those of other athletes, were formally recognized at such a level.
The young players appreciated the Governor’s personal interest in promoting sports, saying that such encouragement not only provides opportunities for youth talent to flourish but also helps highlight the positive and soft image of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Governor Faisal Karim Kundi lauded the dedication and performance of the young athletes and emphasized that promoting sports and supporting youth remains one of his top priorities in the province.
