Punjab Information and Culture Minister Azma Bukhari extended heartfelt greetings to the nation on the birth anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. She highlighted that Pakistan is a great blessing, achieved through Quaid-e-Azam’s visionary leadership and political insight, and said his principles of faith, unity, and discipline remain guiding lights for the nation.
Minister Bukhari also congratulated PML-N leader Muhammad Nawaz Sharif on his birthday, praying for his good health and long life. She expressed confidence that under his leadership, the country will continue to achieve new milestones of development and prosperity.
In addition, she extended Christmas greetings to Christian communities worldwide, emphasizing that minorities are the “crown” of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz’s governance. She reaffirmed that the Punjab government is committed to providing minorities with equal opportunities and full protection.
Minister Bukhari highlighted the installation of a 42-foot Christmas tree at Liberty Chowk as a symbol of the Chief Minister’s love and solidarity with the Christian community. For the first time in history, the province has been decorated with elaborate lighting and arrangements on the Chief Minister’s instructions. She concluded by reminding citizens to value the freedom and sovereignty achieved through Quaid-e-Azam’s vision.
