Blind Porter at Jacobabad Railway Station Gets Federal Support; Security Forces Honored for Bajaur Operation

Federal Minister for Railways Muhammad Hanif Abbasi has taken notice of a viral video showing blind porter Akbar Ali Jamali at Jacobabad Railway Station. Jamali, who has been supporting his young daughter while carrying passengers’ luggage for years, will now see his son offered a job in Pakistan Railways, announced the minister. Abbasi also pledged personal financial support for Jamali’s medical treatment.

Meanwhile, the Federal Minister praised security forces for their successful intelligence-based operation in the Khar area of Bajaur, in which five Indian-sponsored terrorists were killed. During the operation, Major Adil Zaman was martyred. Abbasi called his sacrifice a shining example of bravery and reaffirmed that Pakistan’s fight against terrorism will continue until the last terrorist is eliminated. He emphasized that the entire nation stands united with the security forces in this fight.
