Kannada-Tamil TV Actress Nandini CM Found Dead at Bengaluru Residence

Rising Kannada and Tamil television actress Nandini CM was found dead at her residence in Bengaluru. According to Indian media reports, police said evidence at the scene points to a possible suicide. A note was recovered from her room, which has now become part of the investigation.

The note reportedly mentioned intense family pressure, particularly regarding marriage, and stated that she was unable to mentally prepare herself for the decision, which caused continuous stress and anxiety. The note further highlighted that prolonged mental struggles had severely affected her mental health.

Despite the suicide note, police confirmed that all aspects of the case will continue to be thoroughly investigated and no possibilities are being overlooked.

Nandini CM had been establishing her presence in the Tamil and Kannada television industries and had recently played a major role in a popular Tamil drama. At the time of her death, she was portraying a dual role in the Tamil drama Gori, which had received significant appreciation from viewers. Authorities clarified that the character’s portrayal of drinking poison in the show has no connection to her death.

Nandini was originally from Kottur and resided in Bengaluru. She had also appeared in several supporting roles in popular Kannada TV dramas.
