53rd Common Training Program Probationary Officers Visit Ministry of Railways

Probationary officers of the 53rd Common Training Program (CTP) visited the Ministry of Railways as part of their professional training.

During the visit, Additional Secretary Railways, Shoaib Adil, briefed the trainee officers on various aspects of railway affairs. The officers were given an overview of the administrative and operational structure of Pakistan Railways, including its role in national connectivity and economic development.

The probationary officers were also introduced to the responsibilities and functions of national institutions, with a particular focus on governance, accountability, and public service delivery. Emphasis was placed on the importance of efficient service provision and the role of civil servants in improving public sector performance.

The session aimed to enhance the understanding of young officers regarding the challenges and working mechanisms of Pakistan Railways and to prepare them for future leadership roles in public service.
