Preparations to welcome the New Year are in full swing across the globe, while Pakistan has also witnessed the final sunrise of 2025. Beautiful scenes of the year’s last sunrise were captured by cameras in Lahore and Karachi.
In Karachi, a large number of citizens gathered at Hill Park to witness the final sunrise of the year. The last sun of 2025 rose at 7:15 a.m., spreading its golden rays and marking the symbolic farewell to the year.
Meanwhile, grand preparations to welcome the New Year are underway worldwide. The first New Year celebration will take place in Auckland, New Zealand, where the arrival of the New Year is traditionally marked with spectacular fireworks. Similarly, a magnificent fireworks display is planned at Sydney Harbour in Australia to welcome the New Year.
