Islamabad Court Declares Ali Amin Gandapur Proclaimed Offender in Liquor and Arms Recovery Case

Islamabad (Court Reporter):
The Islamabad District and Sessions Courts have declared Ali Amin Gandapur a proclaimed offender in a liquor and arms recovery case.

Judicial Magistrate Mubashir Hassan Chishti issued a detailed written order, directing the police to arrest the accused and produce him before the court immediately upon apprehension. The court issued the order after reviewing the progress of the case and police reports regarding the accused’s non-appearance.

According to the court’s decision, a head constable informed the court that proclamation notices under Section 87 of the Criminal Procedure Code had been displayed as required, and the police had submitted a complete report of the proclamation proceedings to the court.

The written order stated that, in view of the circumstances, it appears that the accused has gone into hiding. Consequently, the court formally declared Ali Amin Gandapur a proclaimed offender.

The court also cancelled the accused’s bail bonds, issued permanent arrest warrants, and ordered that his name be included in the list of proclaimed offenders. Additionally, the court directed that legal proceedings be initiated against the surety for failing to ensure the accused’s appearance.

According to court records, the case against Ali Amin Gandapur is registered at Bara Kahu Police Station in Islamabad.
