The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has, in accordance with the federal government’s policy guidelines, revised the prices of Regasified Liquefied Natural Gas (RLNG) for Sui companies for January 2026, resulting in a reduction, effective from January 1, 2026.
According to a notification issued by OGRA on Friday, the RLNG price for Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) consumers has been reduced by 4.68% compared to last month (December 2025), amounting to a decrease of $0.5537 per MMBTU. For Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGCL) consumers, the RLNG price has been reduced by 5.26% compared to December 2025, which is a decrease of $0.5668 per MMBTU.
In a statement, OGRA spokesperson Imran Ghaznavi said the reduction in RLNG prices is due to a decrease in import prices in the international market (delivery ex-ship). According to the notification, the average sale price of RLNG has been set at $11.2743 per MMBTU for SNGPL consumers and $10.2099 per MMBTU for SSGCL consumers.
