Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has expressed deep sorrow and grief over the loss of precious lives in tragic traffic accidents near Sargodha and Ormara. According to a statement issued on Saturday by the Prime Minister’s Office Media Wing, the Prime Minister offered prayers for the forgiveness of the deceased and patience for their bereaved families.

The Prime Minister directed that the injured be provided with the best possible medical facilities and instructed the authorities to ensure strict enforcement of traffic laws and safety measures on national highways. He also emphasized close monitoring of precautionary measures to protect the public in view of foggy weather conditions.
Meanwhile, President Asif Ali Zardari also expressed profound grief and sorrow over the loss of lives in the tragic traffic accidents in Sargodha and Ormara. According to the President House Media Wing, the President expressed particular concern over the accident in Sargodha caused by dense fog and also conveyed his condolences over the Ormara incident.
President Zardari offered condolences to the families of the deceased and prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured. He said that changing weather conditions are a reality and urged citizens to exercise caution while traveling. The President directed provincial governments to enhance public awareness regarding safe driving, emphasizing that the protection of human lives remains the state’s top priority.
