Global Education Day Celebrated at Dr. AQ Khan School & College with Federal Parliamentary Secretary Farah Naz Akbar as Guest

Global Education Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Dr. AQ Khan School & College. Federal Parliamentary Secretary for Education and Vocational Training, Farah Naz Akbar, attended the event as the chief guest. She was formally welcomed by the institution’s Principal, Brigadier (Retired) Dr. Muhammad Hanif, and senior faculty members.

The Principal briefed the guest on the school’s educational vision, ongoing academic activities, and efforts to provide quality education. He also highlighted the challenges faced by educational institutions in ensuring a conducive, inclusive, and resource-rich learning environment for students.

Addressing a gathering of principals, faculty members, and students from various renowned institutions, Farah Naz Akbar emphasized the central role of education in national development. She stated that students represent the hope and future of the nation.

She underscored that education is a fundamental right of every child and that the Ministry is working closely with federal and provincial stakeholders, educational institutions, and relevant partners to ensure equal access to quality education for all segments of society.

Farah Naz Akbar appreciated Dr. AQ Khan School & College’s efforts to promote academic excellence, discipline, and holistic development among students. Encouraging students, she urged them to pursue knowledge with dedication, integrity, and innovation, noting that a strong educational system is the foundation of a progressive and enlightened society.
