Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif Condemns Israeli Bombing in Doha in Call with Emir of Qatar

Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif held a telephonic conversation with the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, strongly condemning the recent Israeli bombing in Doha and expressing Pakistan’s full solidarity with the State of Qatar.

During the call, Prime Minister Sharif denounced the Israeli airstrikes in Doha as illegal and brutal, resulting in the loss of precious civilian lives and damage to public infrastructure. He expressed deep condolences and unwavering support to the Emir, the royal family, and the people of Qatar.

The Prime Minister termed the Israeli attack as a cowardly act and a blatant violation of Qatar’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. He stressed that such aggression poses a grave threat to regional peace and stability.

Reaffirming Pakistan’s firm support for Qatar, Prime Minister Sharif highlighted the importance of unity within the Muslim Ummah in the face of such challenges.

In response, Emir Sheikh Tamim thanked Prime Minister Sharif for his brotherly sentiments and solidarity, noting that the gesture reflects the strong and enduring ties between Pakistan and Qatar.

Both leaders agreed to continue close consultations to promote peace and stability in the region.
