Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) senior leader Rana Sanaullah on his victory in the Senate by-election.
In his congratulatory message, the Prime Minister expressed good wishes for the newly elected Senator, stating that he is confident Rana Sanaullah will play a vital role in effective legislation.
Highlighting the importance of the upper house, Prime Minister Sharif noted that the Senate plays a crucial role in strengthening the federation and upholding democratic values. He emphasized that Senate elections are an essential part of the democratic process.
Rana Sanaullah’s victory is seen as a boost for the PML-N as it continues to consolidate its position in the Parliament.
