Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has expressed deep gratitude to Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman for the unprecedented hospitality extended to him during his official visit to Saudi Arabia, calling it a true reflection of the deep-rooted love and mutual respect between the two brotherly nations.
In a post shared on X (formerly Twitter) on Thursday, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that the grand reception he received — including a Royal Saudi Air Force jet escort for his aircraft and a ceremonial guard of honour by the Saudi Armed Forces — was a remarkable gesture showcasing the enduring friendship between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
He further stated that during his discussions with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the two leaders held in-depth talks on a range of important issues, including regional challenges and enhancing bilateral cooperation in various sectors.
The Prime Minister appreciated the Crown Prince’s visionary leadership and his pivotal role in guiding the Muslim world. He also acknowledged the Crown Prince’s continued support for Pakistan and his keen interest in strengthening Saudi investment, trade, and business relations with the country.
Concluding his message, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif prayed for the continued growth of the Pakistan-Saudi Arabia friendship and for it to reach even greater heights of mutual respect and prosperity.
