President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari has expressed profound grief and sorrow over the demise of Saudi Arabia’s Grand Mufti, Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al Sheikh.
According to a statement from the Press Wing of the Aiwan-e-Sadr on Tuesday, President Zardari said that the religious services and scholarly guidance of Sheikh Abdulaziz will always be remembered and cherished.
Offering heartfelt condolences, the President extended his sympathies to the bereaved family, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and the people of Saudi Arabia.
President Zardari prayed that Almighty Allah may grant the late Grand Mufti a high place in Jannat-ul-Firdous and accept his lifelong religious contributions.
