Security forces eliminated 13 terrorists associated with the group “Fitna-e-Hindustan” during two separate intelligence-based operations (IBOs) in Balochistan, according to a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Wednesday.
The operations were conducted on September 30 and October 1, 2025, targeting terrorist hideouts in Quetta and Kech districts of Balochistan.
In the first operation, launched in Quetta district based on confirmed intelligence regarding the presence of militants, security forces swiftly and effectively targeted the hideout. Following an intense exchange of fire, 10 terrorists were neutralized.
In the second IBO, conducted in the Kech district, another militant compound was located and destroyed. Three more terrorists, also linked to “Fitna-e-Hindustan”, were killed during the operation.
Security personnel recovered a cache of weapons, ammunition, and explosive materials from the eliminated terrorists. The ISPR confirmed that these individuals were involved in several acts of sabotage and terrorism in the region.
The military reaffirmed its unwavering resolve to eradicate the menace of terrorism, especially those elements backed by foreign intelligence agencies, including those allegedly supported by India. The statement concluded with a strong message: All terrorists and their facilitators will be brought to justice, and Pakistan’s armed forces remain committed to safeguarding national security at all costs.
