The Director General directed all officers to submit weekly progress reports, reiterating that no negligence would be tolerated in the commitment to provide quality residential facilities to government employees and to make the dream of owning a home accessible for every Pakistani citizen.
The Director General also congratulated the Joint Venture (JV) Wing on the approval of the new JV Policy 2025 and appreciated their efforts. He acknowledged the initiative by FGEHA to invite Expressions of Interest (EOI) from private sector investors, builders, and developers for Joint Venture projects. Under the provisions of FGEHA JV & PPP Rules 2025, approval has been granted for a housing scheme whereby partners will be provided with land, plots, and other necessary facilities. The proposed models include Land Sharing, End Product, and Market-Oriented JV Models. The Director General instructed the Director JV and Director Planning to extend full facilitation to all investors and builders in accordance with the new JV Policy. He further directed that all interested parties who responded to the advertisements published on April 13 and 14, 2025, be accommodated strictly on merit and as per legal requirements. He stressed that the authority should engage in as many projects as possible to reduce the waiting list and increase allotments.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Director General directed the Director Law to expedite the legal resolution of all issues and pending court cases related to ongoing projects through appropriate legal procedures.
